Molded Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients:

3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup boiling water 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 oranges

Preparation:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.  Add orange juice.  Cool until slightly thickened.  Fold in sour cream.  Peel & cut oranges into bite sized pieces & add to mixture.  Add remaining ingredients.  Chill for at least 2 hours.
