Chicken Salad 1


2 cups cooked chicken, cubed 1 cup Miracle Whip
6 pimiento stuffed olives, sliced 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar


Boil chicken & cut in small cubes, enough to make 2 cups.  Place in a bowl.  Add finely chopped celery, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, & Miracle Whip.  Mix well.  Consistency should not be dry.  If more moisture is desired, add chicken broth or additional Miracle Whip.  Mold onto a platter with lettuce leaves around it. Top with sliced olives.
