Egg Salad Sandwiches


5 boiled eggs 1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard 1/4 cup miracle whip


Run cold water over boiled eggs to prevent darkening.  Cool & peel.  Chop eggs finely Add chopped onion to eggs.  Add salt, pepper, mustard, & miracle whip.  Mix well & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.  Spread mixture between two slices of bread.  Trim edges & cut each sandwich into 3 individual sandwiches.
