Pork Kabobs

1 1/2 pounds country style pork ribs, boneless, cut in cubes 
1 cup tomato juice 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper 
1 teaspoon dried marjoram 
3 green onions, sliced 
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root or 1 teaspoon dried ground ginger 

Place pork in a large food storage bag or non-reactive dish; combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork cubes. Turn to coat well. Seal bag or cover dish with plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning frequently to keep coated with the marinade. 

Put cubes on skewers, leaving a little space between each cube. Place on a hot grill; baste with the sauce and turn frequently. Pork should be done in 25 to 35 minutes, depending on heat. serves 4
