Turkey Chili

2 Cups chopped cooked turkey
6 Ounce can tomato paste
1 Garlic clove, minced
28 Ounce can tomatoes
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Bay leaf
1 Sweet green pepper, chopped
1 Tablespoon chili powder (or 2 to taste)
17 Ounce can red kidney beans
1/2 Teaspoon cumin seeds

Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet. 
Sauté until the vegetables are soft
Add the remaining ingredients and cover
Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes or until the flavors are blended.
