Whole-Wheat Granola 1/4 recipe

1 Cup regular oats, uncooked
3/4 Cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 Cup wheat germ
3/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 Cup flaked coconut
1/4 Teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon orange juice
1/4 Cup honey or substitute
2 Tablespoon sliced almonds
1/2 Cup raisins (or more to taste)

Mix first 5 ingredients in electric mixer
Combine oil, honey, and juice and pour over mixture
Mix until completely blended.

Spread evenly in a shallow pan and bake in 250 F oven for 45 minutes
Stir in coconut and almonds and bake additional 30 minutes
Cool and stir in raisins.
